Return & Refund Policy

At Tearific, we are committed to delivering premium quality tea products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.


1. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

2. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Important Note

As tea is a natural product, slight variations in taste, color, or aroma are normal and not considered defects.
